A bunch of achievements can be knocked out in the firtst couple of mminutes, heres the first 150 Gs
I started doing a walkthrough and that is how the first few videos are, there wasn't much interest at the time so I switched to achievement based vids. Here are the walkthroughs first and the the achievement ones are listed after.

Killed a Collared Minion with a collar detonation.

For this you can just hold on to the nail bat from the kill pighead section until you find a minion.
Cleaning Up 10
First kill with a Mop Handle.
Lots of mop handles you will find one.
Pipe Dream 10
First kill with a Pipe.
They give you a pipe right away, no problem there.
Surgeon 10
First kill with a Scalpel.
Penetrated 10
First kill with a Syringe.

this is early in the chapter you walk into the room with the double doors and the lock combination on them. to the right of the double doors is a sealed door and a door that you can pick. pick that door can the syringe is on the table.
You've Been Served 10
First kill with a Table Leg.

Grave Digger 10
First kill with a Shovel.
There are a few shovels through out the game, if you don get the achievement by the graveyard then there is a shovel by the two minions that are fighting

First kill with a Table Lamp.

First kill with a Hatchet.
Fire Hazard 10
First kill with fire
To get this achievement you should use a Molotov(possibly the only method). there is a part in the third chapter were you must go to the grave yard, in the grave yard you can pick up another liter in case you dropped yours as i did. there are also four Molotov bottles scattered around. now to use the Molotov you must light the lighter and then hold x to throw it, they only do half of an enemies full life bar so while your gathering your materials down in the grave yard just disregard the two enemies who are fighting each other down there and when you have a Molotov ready peg em both and hopefully you'll kill one. the targeting system sucks in this game so just load the game if you mess up with all four, there's a checkpoint right before it.

Stomped five Minions to death.
Alright, to get this achievement you have to stomp 5 enemies to death. To do so you need to use hand-to-hand combat. Target your enemy and hit x,x,a,a,a and they should fall down, when they fall down hit LT+x when prompted, this will start a mini game where you have to hit the right button to stomp them. This takes a good bit of luck because your enemies won't always fall down or you just might not hit LT+x in time.
*The amount of stomps you do never decreases*

Save Jeff before he becomes impaled, a simple game of memory. follow my lead although it somewhat happens at random, there are only a few combinations/ Death scene included

Kill the Pighead
