I like the view 10 GS:

Synchronize 10 View Points.
Simply climb to the top of 10 View Points and move onto the ledge extending outwards. Once you move onto it, tap Y (synchronize) and there will be a short scene where the camera pans around Ezio and then there will be an indicator informing you that that View Point has been synchronized.

Hallowed be thy name 20 GS:

Discover the Assassin's Tomb inside the Basilica di San Marco.

High Dive 10 GS

Perform a Leap of Faith from the Top of Florence's Giotto's Campanile.

Messer Sandman 10 GS

Stun 4 guards at once by throwing sand in their face.

Myth Maker 5 GS

Find the 8 statuettes in Monteriggioni.
Also see vids below
See Map: http://7588b346.ugalleries.net/

To pick them up, just run over them. You do not need to put each statue in the correct location, just pick them up. You will receive bonus Florins if you place each statuette in it's location. 2000 per pedestal completed.

Red Light Addict 10 GS

Spend 5000 florins on Courtesans.

You simply need to hire a group of courtesans 34 times (150 florins x 34 = 5100 florins total). The courtesans respawn if you leave the city, so if you want to "boost" this, hit the known courtesan locations, leave the city, return immediately, and repeat. There are two groups behind Paola's house, and a group near some of the gates into Firenze/Florence. Thanks to The Globalizer on Trueachievements.com

Steal Home 10 GS

Win a race against thieves!
After the Paperboy mission, you should unlock the Race side missions, with one available in the initial area of Firenze (Florence) called "Florentine Spirit". You obtain this from a thief standing around on the street.

Simply free run / climb / jump through the checkpoints within 2:30 to win the race and the achievement will pop at the end. Almost the entire race is on rooftops, except the first and last checkpoints. (For the last one, if you're at full health, it should be safe to just jump down -- I jumped and did not die, and it saved a lot of time over climbing down.)Thanks to The Globalizer on Trueachievements.com

Kleptomaniac 10 GS

Pickpocket 1000 Florins.

Sweeper 10 GS

Sweep 5 guards at once by using a Long Weapon.

This is by camcorder but still a good vid.

A Piece of the Puzzle 10 GS

Unlock a piece of Subject 16's video.

Undertaker 20 GS
Discover the Assassin's Tomb inside the catacombs under Santa Maria Novella.

Venetian Gladiator 20 GS
Discover the Assassin's Tomb inside Santa Maria della Visitazione.
This is done as part of the story. After you finish DNA Sequence 3, as part of your mission for DNA Sequence 4 (Don't want to give away the story) you will go through some catacombs that lead to the Assassin's Tomb under Santa Maria Novella. Thanks to AlienDevil on Trueachievements.com

Tip of the Iceberg 10 GS

Use your Eagle Vision to scan a Glyph in the environment.

In the game you will come across buildings that will trigger an alert from your Animus 2.0 database. Some of these buildings' profile pics will have a strange red eye symbol on the top left corner with a note from Rebecca saying you should investigate.

The goal is to find a glyph that's more evident with your Eagle Vision (which is nicely upgraded this time around to let you move as you view). Look around the walls of these buildings to find a red glowing symbol.

NOTE: This red will be a lighter red than the ones for enemies so don't get them confused! Learn to recognize the shade or you'll be running into unwanted company.

Once your next to it, the Animus will prompt you to scan with Y button and you will enter a Subject 16 puzzle. The first time around as intro, I don't think you need to press Y. The game will proceed for you with conversation between the techies and a recording from 16 detailing what needs to be done.

You will have the option to come back to the puzzle 16 gives you, I think, but I always attempt the puzzle first and have got it both times I tried.

If you solve the puzzle as well, you'd have gotten both this achievement and A Piece of the Puzzle as well. And on your way to gaining some insight from your Animus predecessor...

Perfect Harmony 10 GS
Tint your clothes with those colors: Wetland Ebony and Wetland Ivory.
Here is a video about the location where you can get this achievement:

Doctor 20 GS
Perform an Air Assassination on a Poisoned NPC.

To get this achievement, you have to Poison an NPC, or an enemy with your blade, then perform an Air Assassination on them.
Easiest way to do it, is find a guard where there is something you can climb on above him.

Poison him, climb up, switch to your hidden blade, and perform an Air Assassination.
Make sure to not do a regular Assassination, as that won't work, and it's difficult to assassinate someone who's poisoned.  Thanks to Titan Eric on trueachievements
Arrivederci Abstergo 20 GS

Break out of Abstergo.

Vitruvian Man 20 GS
Unlock all 20 pieces of Subject 16's video.

Find and solve 20 Glyphs, glyph locations located at bottom of the page You can see which Locations have Glyphs by the Red Eye symbol that appears on the Location image in your Database.

It will be clear if you've already found it.
Glyphs will be glowing yellow, and you must stand in front of it, and use Eagle Vision. Then you must solve it.
It's easier to locate the Glyphs if you look for them with Eagle Vision on, as the Glyphs will glow red in Eagle Vision.

Mailman 10 GS
Intercept a Borgia Courrier
Finding a Borgia courier is half of the challenge; catching him is the other half.
To find him, look for an unidentified man running around with a white arrow indicator above his head. There will be no icon on your map or minimap. There is one in the Santa Maria Novella section of Firenze (Florence).
Once you find one, chase him down. In order to "intercept" him, you'll want to lock onto him with the left trigger and then tackle him using the B button. He can be a little tricky to catch, as he's quite fast and travels over rooftops, but if you use the free running sprinting whenever you can, it won't take too long to run him down.
If you succeed, you'll earn (steal) approximately 1500 florins, and then he'll beg for his life and run away. The achievement pops as soon as you tackle him.

Victory lies in preparation  10 GS

Fly Swatter 5 GS

Kick a Guard while using the Flying Machine described but you can also see it in the Frequent flyer video below.

You must get this on your playthrough as this can only be done during story. Divinci will have u fly a glider, make sure u get close to an archer and hold LT to kick one off. If u miss just crash glider until u get it.

This achievement is missable!

It can only be obtained during the mission, Infrequent Flier. This is the only time you fly Leonardo's machine, besides the tutorial. You will not get a chance later on.

Now that you understand that, the rest is easy.

You must fly the Glider from fire to fire, until you go over the walls of the Palazzo Ducale Di Venezia.

As you glide along, there will be a few chances to kick Guards. Just hit the Left Trigger to lock on, and then fly into them, you'll kick them automatically.

If you miss, crash the Glider, or you will have to play through again to get it. You'll want to get it on the first set of Guards, so that you don't have to fly far if you miss

Thanks to DevastatorFC and Titan Eric on trueachievements for this

Man of the People 10 GS

Toss more than 300 florins on the ground.

Art Connoisseur 10 GS

Buy a Painting from Florence and Venice.

This is self explanatory, just buy a painting from any Art Dealer in both Florence, and Venice.
You can buy a painting in Florence fairly early in the game, but you must wait a while until you get to Venice.
There are paintings cost as little as 50 Florins, so you won't need lots of cash to get them
